Since March 2024 you no longer choose the appraiser. One state body, GEDAŞ, sets the valuation. Three figures, the price paid, the appraisal and the title-deed value, each have to clear $400,000. We price above the line on purpose.

A few nationalities cannot acquire Turkish property at all, which means this route is not open to them. Others, including Iranian and Iraqi nationals, can absolutely take part but need additional Interior Ministry clearance in certain areas, which we handle as part of your file.
